We cater for weddings of all sizes, helping you to make the most of all the beautiful rooms and breathtaking views Pitcairlie house has to offer. You can exchange your vows in our drawing room which is steeped in history or in our light and airy conservatory which overlooks the lake..  You may choose to sweep down our elegant staircase and out to one of our many lawns to have your ceremony. At Pitcairlie you are spoilt for choice!

For larger parties why not have your guests piped down to the lake where they can watch you exchange your vows before enjoying a  delicious dinner and dancing on the lawns in a marquee under the stars?


Full weekend accommodation for up to 33 guests for two nights in our 6 beautiful Castle bedrooms, 4 self catering apartments and Pitcairlie Cottage.

Use of all our facilities including our bar, pool table, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, outdoor  BBQ area and grounds.
Use of our beautiful marquee situated on our lawns by the house or down by the lake, depending on your numbers. We can accommodate 120 guests down by the lake and up to 380 on the rear lawn at the house. The marquee includes all flooring, chandelier lighting, dance floor, fairy lighting, roof and wall drapes, catering annexe and luxury loos.

Our beautiful 1936 Rolls Royce is available to pick up our brides living locally or if you are staying in house it can make a guest appearance for photographs.

Our award winning wedding planner is available to guide you throughout your planning journey.

As a family run venue, Pitcairlie prides itself on the flexibility and creativity it can bring to each ceremony with extensive grounds, striking wildlife and cosy rooms and cottages for you to make use of when hosting a day of ceremonies, drinks, dinner and dancing.

With 4 beautiful apartments, the gatekeeper’s cottage and the main house, with 6 ensuite bedrooms, we can accommodate 33 of your guests with the added luxury of an indoor heated pool, sheltered BBQ area, hot tub and sauna. You can relax with us on the night before the ‘Big Day’’, host a dinner with your loved ones, and after your ceremony, spend your first night as a married couple in our beautiful Scottish castle, that’s all yours for the day. Welcome afternoon teas and buffets are also available from our chefs upon request.


Our experienced, talented in-house catering team will create wonderful menus in line with the theme of your wedding. From sharing platters, BBQs and grazing tables by the lake, afternoon tea in the conservatory or a formal five-course wedding breakfast in the Main house, our Chefs will deliver delicious food for you and your guests to enjoy.
